How the Ombudsperson Process works
Ferrovial, S.A. wants to provide a specific communication channel with the Company's Management and Governing Bodies. This will be used to report any irregular situations, breaches, unethical behaviour or conduct that goes against the laws and regulations applicable to this Group.
All complaints sent through the Ombudsperson Process are anonymous. Ferrovial, S.A guarantees that the available computer security systems protect the user's anonymity at all times. If complainants wish to identify themselves, there is also an optional section, in the Complaints form, where they can introduce their contact information and attach any additional information they deem appropriate.
In addition to this electronic Ombudsperson Process, it is also possible to send complaints to PO Box 2160 (28080 Madrid), if so preferred.
Pursuant to Spanish Law 15/1999 of 13 December for Personal Data Protection ("LOPD" in its Spanish initials) and the regulations pertaining thereto, in particular Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December ("LOPD Regulation"), we hereby inform you that the personal data that might have been included in your impeachment will be contained in a file registered with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, owned by Ferrovial S.A. (hereinafter Ferrovial) with corporate domicile in 28002 Madrid, calle Príncipe de Vergara 135, and Spanish Tax Identification Number A-81939209, that will comply with the security measures stipulated in the LOPD Regulation.
The data processing will be carried out in order to respond the impeachments of the Ferrovial Group employees in accordance with the Ferrovial Code of Ethic, Procedures and Protocol. The said personal data may be assigned to the companies of the Ferrovial Group in the extent necessary for the investigation, response and/or resolution of the corresponding impeachment (companies of the Ferrovial Group means the companies listed in Annex 1 of Ferrovial Group’s latest audited annual accounts published on the corporate web page: www.ferrovial.es/accionistas e inversores /informacion financiera /cuentas anuales auditadas)
Likewise, we hereby inform you that, in any event, you may exercise, at any time, your right of access, amendment, annulment and opposition as provided by law, sending a letter to the address indicated above, to the attention of the Human Resources Department under the reference "Data Protection".
